Established in 2008, Baja Catering is a 100% Mexican In-Flight Catering Company, with base operations and professional kitchen in Los Cabos, South Baja California, Mexico.

For more than 10 years we have prepared, cooked and delivered, always on time, the best quality and food selection for private aviation.

Baja Catering is part of ICCS Mexico & Latin America, the leading Trip Support Company in Mexico.

At Baja Catering, we offer a wide variety of regional and international dishes, as well as selected beverages which, along with the highest standards of quality, hygiene and service in food and beverages, create a unique culinary experience during your flight.

We only use the finest ingredients, which, along with a delicate and careful preparation, allow us to offer you a gourmet menu with a great variety of dishes.

Baja Catering operates at Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo airports, providing in-flight Catering services private and official aircraft, with our Snack Bar within the FBO facilities, food for airport visitors, San Jose del Cabo Airport employees and officials.

We also provide Catering service for Restaurants, Hospitals and Private Events.

We have 2 vans and a fully equipped kitchen.
